Kosala Karriem serves as Chief Executive Officer, and brings over 15 years of budget, accounting, and analytics experience to the company. He offers a unique blend of technical expertise, corporate infrastructure development, project management, and organizational leadership. He and his team launched the IBS Tax and Accounting entity of Independence Financial Services in 2021.

He offers a dynamic expertise in human and community development, project management, and organizational leadership. He is the Lead Tax Preparer who provides in depth training and technical assistance with all the company tax preparers.
